Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of truffle hunting! We will begin with a brief introduction to the secrets of truffles and the faithful dogs trained for this unique activity. Then, we will enter the surrounding woods near San Gimignano, in search of the precious ripe truffles.
Every exploration is an adventure: we never know how many truffles we will find, but the thrill of discovery is guaranteed. Sometimes the harvest is abundant, other times less, but thanks to my experience in choosing the right woods, the chances of success are always high.
At the end of the experience, each participant will receive a few free fresh truffles, along with precious advice on how to enjoy and enhance them at their best. An unforgettable experience that will bring you into contact with nature and one of its most delicious treasures!

The wine & Evo oil tasting with truffle meal will start with a short introduction of our farm history.
The truffle lunch comprises four courses: a starter with bruschetta and crostini with fresh truffle and truffle creams, organic pasta with fresh truffle, a second course with fresh truffle, or eggs with fresh truffle. In the end, you will enjoy our dessert of the day.
This option also includes a choice of at least four organic and biodynamic wines, such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti Colli Senesi, six kinds of extra virgin olive oils, natural and flavored and three kinds of balsamic vinegar.
